An accomplished brewing professional, with a Masters Degree in business and trained in microbiology, phytopathology and biochemisty. John has worked at Bass Breweries and also in the Commonwealth Brewing Company, Boston, USA, where he was part of the emerging craft beer revolution. He is most famous for his recent role as Head Brewer at Greene King, which he left to form this consultancy.
